Throughout my career, my focus has always been on increasing efficiency. As an entrepreneur and co-founder of Stickfish Software, I have worked extensively in digital lean management, helping businesses reduce waste through smarter processes. In addition, I teach CO2 footprint accounting on Udemy and advise companies on digital transformation.

The idea for ESG Evaluator was born from my passion for efficiency—especially in providing an accessible, cost-effective solution for mid-sized companies. While large corporations can afford consultants and complex software, smaller businesses often struggle with bureaucracy and implementation hurdles. ESG Evaluator is designed to bridge that gap by offering a straightforward, affordable tool that minimizes complexity and maximizes usability.

For a long time, the ESG Evaluator remained a half-finished project. That changed when my son, Tobias, completed his education and took an interest in it. He quickly became an essential part of the project, driving development and taking charge of all templates and AI functionalities. Seeing his contributions come to life has been a proud moment for me.
